Processing

Once you place an order on our site, you will receive a confirmation email. To cancel an order, please email us at sales@acalabolsitaclub.com immediately. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be canceled.

Please double-check your order for the correct sizes, colors, shipping address, and email before submitting it. Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to items, sizes, or shipping details.

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process and ship. After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM CST. Orders placed after 11 AM on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.


Domestic Shipping

We ship domestic orders using FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other available carriers.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $100 within the continental US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico). Free shipping orders are sent via FedEx SmartPost or equivalent service (exclusions may apply).
  • Ground shipping within the continental US takes approximately 3–6 business days after the order is picked up by the carrier.
  • Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico may take an additional 2–3 weeks.

For express shipping options, please allow 1 business day for processing (except on weekends).


International Shipping

All international orders are shipped using DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS, with shipping rates calculated at checkout. If you notice any discrepancies in the shipping rate, please contact us for verification.

International delivery times vary based on the destination and the service selected at checkout, with an average delivery time of 2–14 days. Duties and taxes for international orders are included at checkout, ensuring a smoother delivery process.
